We offer the ideal solution to help your music ministry fulfill its mission, reach its goals, and support your vision using your existing musicians, vocalists, and directors.  We provide a seasoned professional to organize, direct, guide, coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of your music ministry, working closely with your music staff as a team.

REHEARSALS

All rehearsals will be well planned and conducted by a seasoned professional, ensuring a positive, productive and motivating experience for all participants. Those in attendance will be prepared musically, spiritually and organizationally for upcoming worship services, programs, and events.

REPERTOIRE

All songs will be reviewed and selected by a knowledgeable professional based on the ability of the musicians and vocalists, lyrics, style, type of choir and appropriateness for worship or a special occasion.  The repertoire will be kept fresh and relevant for the particular audience.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

All participants will receive professional musical training & development to learn new skills and improve existing skills.  Skill development ensures that your singers, musicians and directors are doing more than just learning songs, but they are growing, maturing, and improving on their delivery, decorum and execution.

Vocalists: All vocalists will be trained how to sing skillfully in many topics including 1) Breathing, 2) Registers Of The Voice, 3) Intonation, 4) Dynamics, 5) Tone Color, 6) Vocal Harmony (ear training), and 7) Vocal Textures.

Musicians: All instrumentalists will receive training to strengthen and polish their playing skills on their respective instrument, as well as group training on how to play together effectively as a band.

Directors: All choir directors will be trained how to direct choirs skillfully in many topics including 1) Music Theory, 2) Hand Symbols & Body Language and 3) “Ear” Training.

MINISTERING

Your choirs, praise team, and music groups will be directed and/or accompanied by a skilled professional when they minister in music during worship services, programs, and special events.

Consulting Sessions $150.00 - $200.00

Includes rehearsing music, developing repertoire, and skill training.

Ministering $200.00 - $350.00

Includes directing and accompanying your choir/praise team when they minister for worship services, special programs or events.
